Adult Dance Classes
Adult dance classes at Forever Dance are open to all experience levels, including those who are brand new to dance. These adult dance classes provide a fun, fitness-focused way to explore movement while learning a variety of styles in a supportive group setting.
Adult dancers rotate through different genres, spending approximately 6 weeks on each. Classes may include:
